Dr. Toseef Din is a distinguished healthcare leader with 24 years of experience, including 14 years shaping Kenya’s private health sector. As the CEO of M.P. Shah Hospital, she is recognised for her compassionate leadership, calm presence in complex environments, and commitment to building sustainable, patient-centred systems. Her work sits at the intersection of healthcare transformation, sustainability, and leadership development, and she serves on several national and global bodies, including the International Hospital Federation (IHF), the United Nations Global Compact, and two Presidential Taskforces on National Disasters and Human Resources for Health.
Toseef is an ACCA and CPA professional with a Master’s in Financial Management and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business and Management. Her thought leadership spans women’s empowerment, mental health and wellbeing, sustainable healthcare, and ethical leadership.
A spiritual and reflective introvert, she draws strength from her family and enjoys journalling, travel, forest walks, and coffee moments. Her leadership mantra – “Keep learning. Keep growing.
