Dr. Martin E. Kreis is a distinguished medical professional with extensive experience in clinical practice and academic research. He is currently the Chief Medical Officer at Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin, where he oversees the medical operations of the institution.

In 2012, Dr. Kreis became the W3-Professor and Head of the Department of General, Abdominal and Vascular Surgery at Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin, CBF. He also served as the Medical Director of CC08 (CharitéCenter for Surgery) from 2018-2020.
