The 8th Future of Health (FOH) Summit brought together global healthcare leaders, innovators, and researchers for three remarkable days of insight, collaboration, and connection in Los Angeles.

The Summit opened with an intimate, members-only Research Day, where FOH members from more than 14 countries convened to discuss this year’s key research themes, Leadership for Change and Strengthening Primary Care and Chronic Disease Management. Through roundtable discussions, data presentations, and working sessions, members shared findings, exchanged ideas, and shaped collective recommendations to advance health system innovation globally.

The second day, the Leadership Symposium, welcomed leading voices from the region’s healthcare ecosystem to join FOH members for a day of open exchange. The agenda featured a powerful mix of keynotes, fireside chats, health talks and panels, addressing some of the most pressing issues shaping healthcare today.

Highlights included a fireside chat with Dr. Rochelle Walensky, former CDC Director, and Chip Kahn, FOH Co-Chairman, on Steering Through Storms: Lessons for Tomorrow’s Healthcare Leaders; a keynote by Dr. David Rhew, Global Chief Medical Officer at Microsoft, on AI in Healthcare – Hype or Reality?; and an inspiring session with Dr. Mahmoud AlYammany of NEOM on the bold goal of Eradicating Non-Communicable Diseases. Dr. Andrew Hung of Cedars-Sinai explored the future of Robotic Surgery, while Dr. Tom Lee, Editor-in-Chief of NEJM Catalyst, shared how Accelerating Adoption of Innovation Through the Use of Social Capital can fast-track change across complex systems.

The day also featured thought-provoking panels on Leadership for Change, Emerging, Future Healthcare Professions, and Patient Safety, bringing together leading executives, clinicians and policymakers from around the world. In between sessions, participants enjoyed Health Talks from members, dynamic networking, and lively discussion, culminating in meaningful connections and new collaborations.

The Summit offered plenty of quality networking opportunities, with a lively Cocktail Reception and a Gala Dinner held at the Petersen Automotive Museum, one of Los Angeles’s most iconic venues.

A heartfelt thank you to Cedars-Sinai for hosting this year’s Summit and to all FOH members and guests for their participation, openness, and commitment to advancing global health.

See you next year at the FOH Summit 2026 in Singapore!
